How To Wear Hot Pink Shadow

A neutral brown pink eyeshadow is a great makeup staple but we are giving you the go ahead to push the boundary. Hot pink is a shadow shade that can be unexpected but elegant if used in the right way. We recommend doing alight wash of color on the lid allowing it peak out slightly when the eye is open. Keep eyeliner tight to the lash or wear none at all. Keep to a pink that has a shimmer to it like the one in Tom Ford’s Seductive Rose Quad. This look works best when paired with a nude lip like the celebs below.

Another more bold way to wear hot pink shadow is to apply it with a wet brush as a graphic eyeliner or do a narrow smoke along the lashline. For this look try Melt Cosmetic’s Radioactive stack. If you don’t want to commit to buying a new shadow try using a blush you already own.
